Yoga says we are consciousness, bliss, complete and whole, beyond form, limitless, overflowing with infinite potential. Yet often our experience feels lacking, separate, limited and bound. This 40 day mantra meditation practice sweetly harmonizes your whole being with your true and natural state - fullness - pūrṇam.

Over the course of 40 days we will dive deep into the source of sound to discover natural, spontaneous meditation and to experience ourselves in the fullness of our being. We’ll support each other through some of the common pitfalls of establishing a meditation practice, and have fun along the way! It takes 40 days to rewire, to form and establish a new habit. With a consistent practice, you may experience overflowing inner fullness independent of external factors, the freedom to express your purpose, ease in relationships, vibrant health, energy, and vitality, profound insight and deep understanding, success in aligned endeavors. The main mantra we will explore Is from the Upaniṣads that reminds us that we are already whole, complete, overflowing fullness.

All meetings will be recorded.
Beginners to advanced mantra practitioners are all welcome!
Your Commitment:
• 4 virtual or in person meetings (1-1.5 hours)
• 3 virtual or in person group practices (30 minutes)
• Mantra meditation daily (20 minutes)
